The staff helped with my bags, and the room smelled fresh. the hotel has great facilities, awesome. i love in-house restaurant food. It's totally mouth watering. friendly reception and amazing dining. Nothing felt too much!
the location was like outside of the city and seemed a bit busy, but the countryside is not far away.

I adored the friendly staff and their helpfulness. The chef catered to my allergies and food intolerances with grace. the food was AMAZING!!! the rooms are lovely and i felt so pampered.
during my valentines stay, the restaurant was fully booked, but i wish there was a wider range of toiletries provided beyond the shared shower amenities.

Our executive room featured ample tea and coffee, alongside a supremely comfortable bed and pillows. It was a haven of relaxation. the bathroom included plentiful towels. I especially valued this attention to detail, which elevated my stay.

The restaurant was accommodating of my dietary needs, at both dinner and breakfast. Each meal was a good experience. the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of options. I enjoyed the attentive service during our evening meal, too.

Really good Stay at a Countryside Retreat

The staff was consistently attentive, exceeding expectations throughout my stay. My room included expected amenities and fixtures that looked well-kept. I found the food in both the restaurants excellent, including the breakfast that featured great croissants. I particularly enjoyed the pool facilities, noting its cleanliness and suitability for different age groups.
I noticed a very slight issue as some areas looked to have experienced a small price increase.

The hotel is in a quiet area with gardens surrounding the premises. The grounds are well kept and offer nice scenery, contributing to the overall relaxing environment. There are clear views from multiple vantage points throughout the hotel.

The hotel features a clean pool area that seems very suitable for families. The spa facilities looked well kept, but I did not use them (this time). There are at least two dining options available, offering both formal and casual settings.

The spa experience left much to be desired. i found a lack of attention to detail such as no slippers in the room. the massage was underwhelming. I asked for a specific pressure, but it was not considered. the relax area did not promote relaxation. There was no offer of tea or water.

the food quality in the restaurant was acceptable. i found it satisfying and well-prepared.
I encountered several issues . the room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard noise from adjacent rooms and outside, disturbing my sleep. the promised high-speed wifi was unreliable, hindering my ability to work.

The restaurant service was slow and inattentive, especially during dinner. my steak was significantly overcooked. I did not enjoy the meal. the bathroom lacked toiletries. There was no soap.
